Discovery
A 60-minute session where we learn about your business, your customers, your competitors, and what success looks like for you. We map your customer experience and figure out the key pages your site needs. By the end, you'll have a clear sitemap and we'll both know exactly what we're building.
Design
Every page wireframed first so you see the structure before the styling. Then the visual design, custom to your brand, built around getting visitors to act. You see exactly how your site will look before we write a single line of code.
Build
Our developers turn the approved designs into a live site. Responsive layouts, CMS integration, contact forms, speed improvements, the lot. You can follow progress on a staging site as it comes together.
Test
We test every page on real devices, not just simulators. iPhones, Android phones, tablets, and desktops. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We run speed tests, accessibility checks, and security scans. Bugs get fixed before launch, not after.
Launch
Hosting setup, DNS configuration, and go-live checks handled for you. Then we flip the switch. Your new site goes live, and we stay close for 30 days of post-launch support.
Support
30 days of post-launch support included: bug fixes, tweaks, and guidance. After that, we offer transparent monthly maintenance plans, or you can request changes as needed. Most of our clients work with us for years.
